Holistic Wellness Coaching

Kelly believes that one area of life being “off” will affect the balance for all areas of our lives.  When we are in balance, we are feeling whole, more relaxed and joyful, and more productive.  We are better to ourselves and to others.  Achieving this balance can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be!  Using her past experience, along with extensive research, Kelly bases her practices and techniques for achieving a balanced life on the “8 Areas of Wellness” paradigm.  Physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, occupational, social, environmental, and intellectual wellness are all addressed in an organized way with a simple formula that Kelly has found to be extremely effective to help bring the client into their best self and, therefore, their best life. In person and/or virtual services available.

Personal Training and Nutrition Consulting

Personal training sessions with Kelly will consist of using the client’s physical goals to outline an exercise program that will yield lasting results. The client will work out in a supportive environment, while overcoming possible lifestyle obstacles in order to achieve these goals. One on one sessions allow for personalized attention, while small group training offers the benefits of personal training along with the motivation and support that comes from working with others. In-person and/or virtual services available.

Kelly’s one-on-one nutrition consultations provide an intimate, safe space to explore ingrained habits and beliefs surrounding food to help break the barriers to a healthier relationship with eating. Nutrition coaching will include, but not be limited to, calculating caloric needs based on goals, teaching healthy portion sizes and how to read food labels, dispel nutrition myths, discuss pros and cons of various diets, teach the health benefits of various food groups, and provide general guidance. *A Nutrition Coach is not a Registered Dietician and therefore cannot prescribe a specific diet or medicine or diagnose a client*. In person and/or virtual services available.

Group Fitness

Kelly is a licensed Pound Pro, Generation Pound Pro, Pound Unplugged Pro, and Yoga Instructor. She has taught an extensive variety of group fitness classes for nearly 3 decades. She is well-versed in many platforms including step aerobics, core, boot camp, muscle group specific classes, and stretching clinics. Currently she offers her classes on and around the Cape Cod area as well as virtually. Kelly also offers her services as an instructor for fundraisers, company or organization events, Pound and pound events, birthday parties, and more!
